Responsibilities
Plan, schedule, and coordinate releases across multiple development teams, ensuring alignment with business timelines.
Monitor the progress of releases through the development lifecycle and mitigate risks to ensure timely delivery.
Manage and optimize Copado pipelines, including version control, CI/CD automation, and deployment processes.
Configure and maintain Copado tools, environments, and workflows to meet organizational needs.
Provide guidance and support to development teams on Copado best practices and troubleshooting.
Act as the liaison between development, QA, operations, and business teams to ensure smooth releases.
Conduct regular release readiness reviews, stakeholder meetings, and post-mortems.
Document and communicate release-related activities, processes, and outcomes.
Ensure releases meet quality standards, and that testing environments are in sync with production requirements.
Maintain audit trails and documentation for all release activities in compliance with organizational policies and industry standards.
Identify opportunities to enhance the release management process and implement solutions for efficiency.
Stay updated on Salesforce and Copado updates, trends, and features to incorporate into release practices.

Required
Proven experience in release management within Salesforce environments.
Hands-on expertise with Copado, including setup, configuration, and troubleshooting.
Strong understanding of version control systems (e.g., Git), CI/CD processes, and Salesforce metadata.
Excellent project management and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across diverse teams.
Ability to analyze and resolve complex release-related issues under tight deadlines.
