Responsibilities
Facilitate the ART events and processes
Assist the teams in delivering value
Communicate with stakeholders and escalate impediments
Help manage risk and drive relentless improvement
Facilitate and guide the work of all ARTs and Suppliers in the Value Stream
Operate as a servant leader to scale Lean and Agile practices
Understand the unique opportunities and challenges associated with large development programs

Required
Experience as a Release Train Engineer (RTE) or similar role
Experience facilitating Agile Release Train (ART) events and processes
Ability to assist teams in delivering value
Strong communication skills to interact with stakeholders
Capability to escalate impediments and manage risks
Demonstrated drive for continuous improvement
Understanding of Lean and Agile practices
Ability to scale Lean and Agile practices for large development programs
