Responsibilities
Identifying and reporting on potential failures within a process
Designing new systems; performing tests and analysis
Implement and check new systems or installations
Work closely with budgets and finances to help reduce costs
Conduct routine engineering calculations
Work with relevant teams on outcomes of tests/analysis

Required
Bachelor’s degree in applicable engineering field (mechanical, chemical, industrial, electrical, etc.) from an accredited university/college.
5 + years of experience in similar role with successful outcomes
Proven capability to complete analysis to include:
1. Failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA)
2. Reliability hazard analysis; root cause analysis
3. Avoidance of single point of failure (SPOF)
4. Testability analysis; accelerated testing
5. Operational hazard analysis
6. Preventative/Planned Maintenance Optimization (PM)
