Responsibilities

Provide reliability engineering support for operations and maintenance of buildings, infrastructure, and equipment assets
Implement a strategic asset management plan to integrate clients' existing systems including building automation, energy management, maintenance programs, and life-cycle asset management approach
Develop analysis methods to determine reliability of components, equipment, and processes in accordance with JLL's enhanced Reliability & Asset Management program
Acquire and analyze data from connected systems and continually improve maintenance program strategy to meet outcomes-based performance measures
Conduct ongoing maintenance maturity assessments to assure progress to plan
Oversee root cause failure analysis (RCFA) of equipment failures to determine the required corrective action for the situation
Rank the criticality of assets under care using Reliability Centered Maintenance approaches and define proactive maintenance approaches
Create and conduct Reliability studies, understand drawings and schematics, and create risk mitigation strategies for critical assets
Investigate new technologies for reliability improvements
Plan and perform engineering operations, monitor operations center systems, and conduct equipment condition assessments
Maintain complete and accurate records/plans within computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) related to equipment
Develop and maintain 'Key Performance Indicators' of equipment reliability
Execute multi-discipline facility condition assessments across multiple locations, inspect and prioritize asset and field conditions, and document findings
Support commissioning activities for upgrade, renovation, and construction projects

Required

BS in an Engineering discipline, mechanical or electrical preferred.
Five to 10 years’ experience implementing RCM, CbM/PdM methods, operating building automation and energy management systems, and thorough understanding of asset management, data analytics, and capital planning approaches.
Experience with building automation systems and automated fault detection & diagnostics with integration of connected systems
Experience in critical/regulated environments preferred (data centers, laboratories, manufacturing environments, automotive, petro-chemicals, pharmaceuticals etc.)
Extensive knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire suppression systems.
Extensive knowledge of commercial, critical, manufacturing, labs, or distribution facility types required.
Ability to use a variety of Computerized Maintenance Management Systems and IT tools

Preferred

Certified Reliability Leader is preferred.
Certified Maintenance Reliability Professional is preferred.
Level 2 thermography certification is preferred.
Level 2 vibration certification is preferred.
Level 2 ultrasound certification is preferred.
