Responsibilities
Support and manage industry-changing projects
Work with a team to deliver challenging relocation and change management projects
Interact with clients and vendors to negotiate contracts
Develop relocation and change management strategies
Manage project-related documentation
Track move vendor RFPs
Lead weekly relocation planning meetings
Develop scope and schedule of assigned projects
Serve as the SME responsible for all elements of the relocation planning and execution events including post-move support
Support the team in delivering interesting and industry-changing projects
Focus on creating an energized and collaborative environment
Drive client satisfaction through teamwork and relationship development
Lead change management activities
Manage projects of varying sizes and scope including change management and relocation projects up to and over 500 associates
Act decisively, think big, and manage time to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Contribute to a diverse, supportive, and talented team

Required
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
6+ years of relevant experience in project management
Experience in commercial facilities management, occupancy planning, change management, or project management
Proficiency in the use and application of project management technology tools
