Responsibilities
Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, addressing schedule, cost, scope, and quality dimensions.
Track project costs and forecasts against budgets, ensuring alignment with financial goals.
Identify critical dependencies across projects and escalate key tasks to team members as needed.
Proactively address variances in project plans by developing and implementing mitigation strategies.
Collaborate with team members to formulate corrective actions when deliverables deviate from the work plan.
Identify, document, and communicate project risks throughout the lifecycle, gaining stakeholder agreement.
Engage stakeholders effectively, tailoring communication to audience needs and escalating issues when necessary.
Provide clear and concise escalation reports detailing problems and project impacts.
Recommend and implement deviations from standard processes when appropriate, gaining stakeholder consensus.
Analyze the financial implications of project decisions and forecast their impact.
Continuously seek and apply new skills and concepts to enhance project outcomes.

Required
7–10 years of IT work experience, with at least 7 years managing IT infrastructure projects.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
Expert-Level Knowledge of Waterfall project management methodologies.
Managing detailed capital and expense budgets, including reconciling actuals.
Complex project management with high attention to detail.
Relevant business software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Clarity/PPM, MS Project).
Technical Expertise In deploying/upgrading IT infrastructure such as networks, routers, servers, cloud migrations, storage, conferencing technologies, and end-user hardware.
Technical Expertise In deploying Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) applications to large enterprises.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple high-priority projects in a fast-paced environment.
Exceptional interpersonal skills, including the ability to influence, manage conflict, and foster teamwork.
Highly adaptable to dynamic environments with situational awareness to balance listening and assertiveness.
Preferred
Relevant certification (e.g., PMP, ITIL) preferred.
