Responsibilities
Oversee the development and maintenance of our platform, working closely with backend teams to support multiple microservices.
Apply strong technical foundation to guide and collaborate with engineering teams, ensuring robust and scalable platform solutions.
Be assertive, energetic, and proactive in pushing projects forward, maintaining momentum and achieving milestones.
Ensure all aspects of the platform are meticulously planned and executed, from feature development to performance optimization.
Effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels, including the C-suite, providing clear and concise updates on progress, challenges, and plans.

Required
10+ years of experience as a Product Owner/Product Manager to make an immediate impact, bringing valuable insights and direction to the team.
Strong technical foundation with previous experience in managing platform/backend teams and supporting multiple microservices.
Assertive, energetic, and proactive in driving team performance and product success.
Meticulous and detail-oriented approach to managing product development.
Excellent ability to communicate clearly and concisely at all organizational levels, including with C-suite executives.
Preferred
Familiarity with the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) is a plus
