Responsibilities

Lead UX and product design efforts across the entire product lifecycle, collaborating with cross-functional teammates to define and deliver a cohesive experience across our client's suite of products.

Partner with other design team members to refine product vision, information, and experience architecture, and contribute to the development of the new Design System.

Employ human-centered design methodologies to inform product strategy, shape the customer experience, and conduct in-depth research and user testing.

Work alongside Product, Engineering, Research, and Content teams to prioritize tasks, balancing customer value with end-user needs.

Develop a deep understanding of various user workflows, ensuring our solutions integrate seamlessly into their processes.

Take full ownership of your projects, ensuring attention to detail at every stage to meet defined objectives with clarity and support.

Required

5+ years of UX design experience, specifically in cross-product design for Enterprise SaaS product suites.

Experience shipping products and a solid understanding of building scalable, global solutions for a post-pandemic, intelligence-driven workforce.

Skilled at simplifying complex problems, balancing user-friendly solutions with powerful functionalities.

A human-focused design mindset, incorporating empathy and research-based insights to shape design solutions.

Proficiency in concept exploration, flow adjustment, and refining designs to align with high-level objectives.

Ability to translate and implement research findings effectively.

Strong communication and facilitation skills, comfortable with sprint planning, workshops, and spike project identification.

Detail-oriented with an eye for quality, ensuring deliverables align with user and business impacts.

Proficiency in articulating design specifications for development teams.

An inclusive approach to design, prioritizing accessibility and user needs throughout the process.

Preferred

Expertise in designing SaaS solutions for Human Capital Management and Talent & Development.

Familiarity with and contributions to design systems.

Experience designing data visualization solutions to facilitate data-driven decisions for non-experts.

Experience in designing assessments and similar controlled experiences that mitigate bias.

Proficiency in UX processes, design patterns, and methodologies with an outcome-focused approach.

Experience conducting remote and unmoderated testing.
