Responsibilities
Contribute to UX and product design across the entire product lifecycle, collaborating with designers and cross-functional teammates to create a seamless experience across our client’s growth suite of products.
Support the overall product vision, contributing to the new Design System and experience architecture.
Apply human-centered design methods, shaping product strategy and experiences through user research and testing.
Partner with Product Management, Engineering, Research, and Writing teams to prioritize and deliver solutions that effectively balance customer challenges with end-user needs.
Develop a strong understanding of diverse user groups and ensure solutions fit into their workflows, integrating insights and intelligence effectively.
Own your work from concept through implementation, with a focus on delivering value to both customers and users.

Required
3-5 years of experience in UX design for enterprise or CRM SaaS products.
Proven experience shipping products and understanding the process of building scalable, global solutions for modern workforces.
Strong skills in simplifying complex problems into intuitive and effective UIs.
Human-centered design approach, with a focus on empathy, integrating user research, and usability testing.
Experience designing data visualization and charting UIs that support data-driven decisions.
Confidence in refining design concepts and workflows to align with a broader product vision.
Experience translating research and testing findings into actionable design improvements.
Strong communication skills, including the ability to present ideas and explain design decisions to cross-functional teams.
Keen attention to detail, with an understanding of core design principles for creating intuitive wireframes.
Skilled in articulating design specifications for product development.
Portfolio or PDF demonstrating your problem-solving ability, design thinking, and craft.
Commitment to inclusive design practices and accessibility.
Preferred
Experience designing for integrated solutions on Salesforce and MS Dynamics.
Familiarity with Salesforce Lightning and Microsoft Fluent design systems.
Experience with iterative design processes and remote or unmoderated testing.
