Responsibilities
Effective pipeline management: prospect and close new customer accounts while managing & growing active customer accounts.
Handle lead qualification, customer inquiries, and customer product quotes.
Demonstrate excellent teamwork & customer service with the Customer Experience team.
Work with Operations & Logistics departments to ensure smooth & timely material deliveries.
Plan, strategize, and develop key relationships with both customers & vendor partners.
Generate Bill of Materials for clients while upselling additional products.
Maintain sales activity & prospect reports in CRM system.
Implement creative sales strategies to meet and exceed sales goals.
Assist in the development and implementation of Sales & Marketing Programs.
Travel to prospect & customer office locations.
Perform all other duties as assigned by Sales Leadership.

Required
High School Diploma or Equivalent.
2+ years of experience in B2B sales within solar industry (manufacturing or distribution).
CRM Knowledge.
Requires travel at least 30%.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
