Required
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related degree.
5+ years of experience in software testing or quality assurance.
In-depth knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).
Must be well versed with Agile Methodology.
Proficiency in leading testing tools (ex: Azure DevOps/ JIRA - for Test Management and Selenium/ TestComplete/ Tosca/ AccelQ for Automation).
Ability to analyze complex business requirements and convert them into comprehensive test scenarios and cases.
Strong problem-solving skills for effectively identifying, diagnosing, and resolving defects.
Excellent communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and articulating test results, defects, and process improvements.
Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on precision in identifying test case scenarios and potential defects.
Adaptability and resilience in responding to evolving business needs, technologies, and project priorities.
Basics of Banking domain to understand the business requirements.
Basic Knowledge on API and Database Testing.
Preferred
Certifications (e.g., ISTQB/ CSTE) are a plus.
