Responsibilities
Work with AI Pilot teams to track project plans, and maintain documentation
Monitor the progress of AI projects, ensuring alignment with established strategies and adjusting plans as needed
Work closely with project managers to address any challenges and optimize project outcomes
Support creation and operation of an AI Community of Interest
Engage with clients to understand their business objectives, challenges, and aspirations related to AI and data science
Articulate complex technical concepts in a clear and accessible manner to non-technical stakeholders
Ability to create 'client-ready' work products (e.g., presentations, and proposals) with little oversight
Collaborate with clients and internal teams to formulate AI strategies that align with business goals, industry best practices, and Client landscape
Provide insights and recommendations on AI adoption, integration, and optimization for enhanced business outcomes
Conduct in-depth analysis of client requirements and constraints, translating them into actionable initiatives
Collaborate with technical teams to ensure feasibility and alignment of proposed strategies with the client's technical environment
Act as a key communicator between technical teams and clients, ensuring a shared understanding of goals and expectations
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations that convey complex technical information in an understandable manner
Quickly grasp new AI technologies, methodologies, and industry trends
Demonstrate a proactive approach to continuous learning and self-improvement

Required
US Citizenship
Bachelor's or advanced degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics preferred)
Prior PMO experience, specifically with project planning, project tracking/monitoring, etc.
Ability to create client-ready work products (e.g. presentations and proposals) via PowerPoint
General understanding of AI and data science concepts with the ability to convey complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
Analytical mindset with the ability to assess business challenges and formulate effective AI solutions
Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies
Candidates must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Clearance
