Responsibilities
Take ownership of residential projects from conception through completion, ensuring high standards of design and execution.
Engage directly with clients to understand their needs, present design concepts, and deliver solutions that exceed expectations.
Apply your expertise to develop innovative, functional, and aesthetically pleasing residential designs.
Balance working independently with collaborating effectively with other team members and disciplines.
Oversee all phases of residential projects, including planning, design, and implementation.

Required
Proven experience in architectural design. Showcase your portfolio with detailed examples of projects you’ve worked on.
Ability to clearly articulate design ideas and project updates to clients and team members.
A genuine enthusiasm for residential architecture and a proactive attitude towards your professional development.
Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit, with a solid understanding of architectural concepts, spatial relationships, and building systems.
Excellent time management skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities effectively.
Familiarity with Building Codes and Zoning regulations.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field is required.
Minimum of 3 years of professional experience with wood framed construction in related design required.
Advanced skills in AutoCAD and Revit are essential.
Preferred
An accredited degree is preferred.
Experience in single family, senior living, student housing, and regional builder product design preferred.
Licensed Architect or on the path to licensure is preferred.
