Responsibilities

Provide legal support to clients

Collaborate and assist other attorneys to achieve client’s goals

Maintain client relationships

Prepare legal reports and documents

Meet legal deadlines

Interact with expert witnesses to include conferences, drafting of expert affidavits

Interact with fact witnesses to gain critical information

Attendance and preparation for depositions, mediations, hearings, and other court appearances

Work closely and respectfully with firm staff

Required

Law degree from a fully accredited law school

An active member in good standing with the Texas State Bar Association

Prior litigation experience in Texas

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Self-starter driven by long-term career goals

Ability to work remotely in Texas with our team based in Orlando, FL and be available and willing to cover any in-person appearances in Texas that may be required from time to time
