Required
Two or more years of experience as a service advisor, service manager, mechanic, and/or service technician—ideally at a franchised dealership
Mechanical experience
Customer service oriented
Proactively solicit and analyze information
Able to effectively negotiate
Comfortable making decisions
Able to document information quickly and accurately while typing at least 30 wpm
Comfortable working at a fast pace
Receiving calls from service advisors and customers
Making decisions and entering information into the claims application
