Responsibilities
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements
Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks
Review resumes, conduct initial screening calls, and evaluate candidates for fit
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate records in our applicant tracking system (ATS)
Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Support onboarding and offer negotiations as needed
Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations

Required
Proven experience as a recruiter, ideally in a remote, contract, or agency environment
Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruiting and various sourcing techniques
Ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software
Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs
Experience recruiting for a variety of roles (tech, sales, admin, etc.) is a plus
Preferred
Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools
Ability to conduct interviews via video conferencing platforms
Background in high-volume recruitment
Previous experience working with global teams
