Responsibilities
Help customers with questions about insurance and specifics of their policies
Inform clients about our products and make sure they are aware of their choices
Advise customers on how to successfully leverage the product/service based on their unique needs
Act as a product expert to ensure information given to customers is accurate, up-to-date and strategic

Required
1-2 years proven experience in supporting client success
