Must have all the required equipment prior to the second interview.
All interviews beyond the initial must be conducted from the workspace you intend to use for remote work.
All tasks will be performed through our secure cloud-based systems. Your equipment will only be used to connect to these systems.
Computer/Laptop: 4 Core processor and 8 G of RAM Reliable computer system with dual monitors (minimum 24”).
Operating System: Windows 11 Home/Pro. NO MAC or Chrome book.
Internet: Unlimited usage Hard Wired High-speed Ethernet connection (minimum 100 Mbps) and Starlink and HOTSPOT internet connection (i.e.: T Mobile, Verizon) are not authorized services for this position.
Headset: USB plugin headset with noise-canceling microphone and mute function (no attached or jack cords).
Webcam: USB plugin webcam.
Workspace: Maintain a comfortable and distraction-free workspace conducive to focused productivity.
Educational Background: High school diploma/GED or equivalent experience.
Customer service: 5 years (Required)
Time Management: Effectively manage your personal time within the designated work hours.
Punctuality: Be consistently on time for work, lunch, and breaks.
Attitude: A PLAYERS ONLY who like to have fun. Come in daily with a POSITIVE attitude.
