Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely manner.
Provide accurate product and service information to assist customers effectively.
Troubleshoot customer issues and escalate as needed to appropriate teams.
Maintain a professional demeanor while engaging with customers.
Document customer interactions and feedback in the system for future reference.
Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately.
Follow up with customers to ensure resolution and satisfaction.
Identify and report recurring issues to improve service processes.
Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards.
Participate in ongoing training and development initiatives.
Contribute ideas for improving customer service practices and policies.

Stay informed about products, services, and promotions to provide knowledgeable support.
Adhere to company policies and procedures while ensuring compliance with regulations.
Support ad hoc projects or tasks as assigned by management.

Required

High school diploma or equivalent
Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a remote setting
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Outstanding problem-solving abilities and a customer-oriented mindset
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Familiarity with customer service software and tools
Experience with CRM systems and databases
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar tools
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Ability to adapt to changing environments and customer needs
Demonstrated ability to handle difficult situations gracefully
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays if necessary
Strong multitasking abilities in fast-paced situations
