Responsibilities

Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone.
Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues with products.
Track and manage customer complaints to ensure timely resolution.
Document customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system.
Collaborate with the technical team to resolve complex issues.
Assist in onboarding new customers with product guidance.
Maintain knowledge of product updates and changes.
Identify and escalate priority issues to appropriate teams.
Conduct follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction post-resolution.
Create and update FAQs and support documentation.
Train and mentor new team members on best practices.
Participate in team meetings to discuss performance metrics and improvements.
Provide feedback to management on customer trends and issues.
Engage in continuous learning about customer service best practices.

CRM SoftwareTicketing SystemsMicrosoft Office Suite

Required

High school diploma or equivalent (Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred).
Proven experience in customer service or support role.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to troubleshoot technical problems effectively.
Experience with CRM software (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce).
Familiarity with ticketing systems and support workflows.
Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
Ability to work independently and manage personal workload.
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
Empathetic approach to customer care and needs.
Basic knowledge of IT and interest in learning more.
Experience with remote work tools (e.g., Slack, Zoom).
Ability to handle challenging situations calmly and diplomatically.
Willingness to adapt to changing environments and priorities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Availability to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays.
