Responsibilities
Inputting data into specified software and databases accurately.
Reviewing and verifying information for accuracy before entry.
Maintaining organized records and files related to data management.
Updating existing data and correcting discrepancies.
Conducting regular audits of database entries to ensure quality control.
Collaborating with team members to gather required data.
Responding to data-related inquiries from various departments.
Ensuring compliance with data protection regulations and company policies.
Preparing and exporting reports based on data as requested.
Managing and prioritizing workload to meet deadlines effectively.
Identifying areas of improvement in existing data processes.
Utilizing spreadsheets and other software to manage data sets.
Training new team members on data entry procedures.
Assisting in data migration projects as needed.
Providing support in troubleshooting data discrepancies and errors.

Required
High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
Proven experience in data entry or administrative roles.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
Familiarity with database management software.
Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and data security.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Self-motivated with a good sense of time management.
Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of data entry best practices.
Basic IT troubleshooting skills.
Willingness to participate in ongoing training and development.
Preferred
Previous experience in a remote work environment is a plus.
Familiarity with data visualization tools is an advantage.
