Responsibilities
Develop and execute cutting-edge digital marketing strategies to elevate our online presence, drive traffic, and generate revenue.
Provide expert guidance to clients on their marketing strategies, helping them build strong brands and achieve their business goals.
Analyze web traffic, customer behavior, and marketing metrics to identify trends, optimize campaigns, and measure ROI.
Conceptualize and implement engaging content campaigns across various channels, including SEO, social media, and traditional print media.
Work closely with internal teams (SEO, content, design) to ensure seamless campaign execution and brand consistency.
Conduct market research, analyze competitor strategies, and identify emerging trends to maintain a competitive edge.

Required
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or proven experience/training.
3+ years of proven experience in a digital marketing role, with a demonstrated track record of success in developing and executing digital marketing strategies.
Deep understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices across various channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing).
Experience with developing and implementing integrated marketing campaigns.
Proven ability to drive website traffic, generate leads, and increase conversions.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret marketing data from various sources (Google Analytics, social media platforms, etc.).
Proficiency in using marketing analytics tools to track campaign performance, measure ROI, and identify areas for improvement.
Experience in creating clear and concise marketing reports that communicate key findings and insights.
Excellent writing and editing skills with the ability to create engaging and informative content for various platforms (website, blog, social media, email).
Understanding of SEO principles and best practices, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and link building.
Experience with content management systems (CMS) and SEO tools.
In-depth knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) and their respective best practices.
Experience with developing and implementing social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and followers.
Ability to create compelling social media content that resonates with target audiences.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
Strong presentation skills with the ability to confidently present marketing plans and results to clients and colleagues.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with other departments (sales, design, development).
Proficiency in using marketing automation tools and CRM software.
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Agency experience is a plus.
