Required

Computer Literacy.
Experience using Google Drive.
Experience attending and/or conducting Zoom meetings.
Excellent communication and writing skills.
Customer Service experience is a plus!
Must be 18, a U.S. citizen, and be able to pass a federal background check.
Time management skills and the ability to self motivate.
Must be prompt and reliable.
Positive attitude.
Ability to work independently and with a team.
