Responsibilities
Answering incoming calls, building rapport, and creating a great customer experience by asking probing questions and actively listening to the customer’s request
Presenting products and services based on the customers’ needs, and handling objections by explaining how the services and products will benefit them
Developing relationships with customers, using active listening to empathize, provide solutions and partner with customers on a resolution

Required
6 months + of experience in sales
6 months + experience with customer service
Strong technical aptitude and an ability to learn and navigate new software using multiple platforms at a time
Exceptional communicator with both verbal and written skills allowing you to communicate ideas in a clear and concise manner
An empathetic person with the ability to relate to various personalities and age groups and foster fast relationships with customers so sales become easy
Problem solver, using past experiences and your creative brain to craft solutions that make sense for our client and the customer
Eager with a willingness and desire to receive coaching and mentorship
Must have a quiet area to work, free from distraction to work
Currently residing and working in Canada or the United States
Windows 10 or 11 operating software (Apple devices and Chromebooks will not work with the required software)
Minimum 8 GB RAM
Minimum Intel I3 processor
The ability to work with an ethernet cable connected to the modem
Minimum Internet speeds of 15Mbs download/5Mbs upload
Webcam required for training
USB Headset
Preferred
Call center experience is an asset
