Responsibilities

Handling inbound calls and warm leads

Consulting with customers on their insurance needs

Match the correct coverages, products, and benefits to convert sales leads into policyholders

Pick up the phone and use your sales expertise to turn prospects into happy, confident Liberty Mutual policyholders

Representing the Liberty brand

Connecting customers to the right products for their individual needs

Adapting to different environments, schedules, and the varying needs of our policyholders

Ensuring customers get exactly the quality products and services they need

Required

2 years of sales/service-related work experience required.

Strong, engaging interpersonal and persuasion skills needed to close sales

Ability to communicate well to both prospects and customers

Excellent analytical, decision-making and organizational skills

Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency

Property and Casualty License required after hire.

Preferred

2-3 years sales experience preferred.
