Responsibilities
Coordinate all aspects of international corporate moves, including pre-move planning, scheduling, and execution.
Serve as the primary contact for clients and their employees throughout the relocation process.
Manage third-party vendors, such as shipping companies, customs brokers, and destination services providers.
Prepare and communicate detailed move plans and timelines to clients.
Oversee customs documentation and compliance to ensure smooth international shipments.
Resolve any issues or delays promptly, maintaining client satisfaction.
Monitor and report on the progress of moves, ensuring all tasks are completed on schedule.
Handle invoicing and ensure all billing is accurate and timely.
Maintain thorough records of each move, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any questions or concerns with professionalism and empathy.

Required
Previous experience in international moving or corporate relocation coordination is essential.
Strong understanding of customs regulations and international shipping logistics.
