Responsibilities

Maintain optimal inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstocking. Implement strategies to reduce excess stock and holding costs while ensuring accuracy.

Issue purchase orders to suppliers, negotiate contracts, source high-quality suppliers, and establish long-term partnerships. Evaluate supplier performance on a monthly and quarterly basis.

Coordinate end-to-end logistics, optimize delivery timelines, reduce transportation costs, and issue pallet labels for inbound and outbound shipments.

Analyze workflows to identify and implement improvements in supply chain efficiency and productivity. Develop data-driven solutions for cost reduction and enhanced workflow automation.

Prepare and execute inventory plans to support business goals. Develop forecasts to anticipate future inventory needs.

Prepare purchasing planning reports on a weekly and monthly basis. Reconcile warehouse stock levels across all warehouses monthly and ensure data accuracy in summary reports for all supplier invoices and 3PL invoices.

Attend weekly meetings to discuss inventory issues and statuses. Provide strategic insights to support the scaling of e-commerce and corporate supply chain operations.
