Responsibilities
Design and develop full-stack applications using various technologies including Java, Python, and JavaScript
Implement complex solutions by collaborating within an agile team environment
Build and utilize CI/CD pipelines to streamline development processes
Provide mentorship and guidance to team members while fostering a collaborative atmosphere
Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues while consulting with business and product teams

Required
Minimum of 5 years of experience in software engineering with a focus on Java and object-oriented design principles
Advanced knowledge and experience in designing and developing full-stack applications
Proficiency with CI/CD tools such as GitLab CI/CD, Jenkins, and Docker
Experience with test automation tools and frameworks
Familiarity with AWS Cloud technologies and version control systems like Git
Preferred
Knowledge of agile methodologies and their application in software development
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Demonstrated ability to learn new programming languages and frameworks quickly
Enthusiasm for innovation and a proactive approach to problem-solving
Experience in providing technical consultation and influencing team dynamics
