Responsibilities
Work towards building your own agency through the growth of your team, and eventually be able to train and manage an entire agency
Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients' financial goals and tailor insurance solutions to meet their specific needs
Educate clients on the features and benefits of our life insurance products, ensuring they have a clear understanding of their options
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and assistance to address their evolving needs
Meet or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators, demonstrating a commitment to excellence and continuous improvement

Required
State life insurance license (or willingness to obtain) is required
Preferred
Previous experience in sales is preferred but not required
Knowledge of veteran and union benefits and resources is a plus
