Responsibilities

Use AutoCAD and Microvellum to create detailed, accurate designs and CNC programs, generating production-ready documentation.
Tackle design challenges and provide creative solutions while preserving design integrity and functionality.
Work seamlessly with the Dovetail team using our advanced ERP system to ensure smooth communication and project alignment.
Leverage our cutting-edge tools, robotics, and automation to enhance efficiency and quality.
Translate architectural drawings and specifications into production-ready designs for millwork, metalwork, and stone fabrication.
Stay up-to-date on trends, materials, and AWI standards to ensure we remain leaders in the field.

Required

5+ years in a Production Engineer or similar role in millwork manufacturing or a related industry.
Proficiency in Microvellum and AutoCAD; expertise in CNC programming, shop drawings, and production documentation.
Deep understanding of millwork, architectural metalwork, and stone production methods, with familiarity in AWI standards.
Analytical mindset with a proven ability to troubleshoot technical issues and develop innovative solutions.
Strong time management skills to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication skills for collaborating across teams and with clients.

Preferred

Experience with metalworking or stone fabrication
Familiarity with ERP systems like Innergy
Millwork: 1 year
Drafting: 1 year
AutoCAD: 5 years
Microvellum: 4 years
