Responsibilities
Develop, test, and optimize NC programs using SolidCAM to support aerospace manufacturing.
Interpret technical drawings, CAD models, and engineering specifications to create efficient machining strategies.
Collaborate with design and manufacturing engineers to ensure compatibility of machining processes with design requirements.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in programming or machining processes.
Continuously improve manufacturing workflows by identifying opportunities for process enhancement and cost reduction.
Ensure all NC programming complies with aerospace quality and safety standards.

Required
Minimum 3 years of SolidCAM programming experience in a professional setting.
Proven experience in the aerospace industry, with a solid understanding of its standards and requirements.
Strong knowledge of CNC machining processes and toolpath optimization.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, GD&T, and CAD models.
Experience working in a remote environment with excellent communication and time-management skills.
