Responsibilities

Design, implement, and manage LAN/WAN networks, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.

Configure and maintain network devices, including routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs.

Support Software-Defined Wide Area Networks (SD-WAN) and implement end-to-end network segmentation.

Perform network capacity management, port configuration, and routing protocol optimization.

Troubleshoot and resolve network performance issues using tools such as Wireshark and SolarWinds.

Administer and manage DNS/DHCP, VLANs, and network monitoring systems.

Maintain network security through IDS/IPS management, firewall configuration, and regular audits.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support migration projects, including SDN and cloud integration.

Develop and maintain documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and knowledge base articles.
