Responsibilities
Identify and resolve routine outstanding claims under general supervision
Generate and analyze reports to address patient account issues
Assist in resolving outstanding payments from past due accounts
Ensure timely receipt of claim payments and reconcile necessary data
Serve as a point of contact for customers and external vendors regarding inquiries and unresolved issues

Required
High School Diploma required
1 - 2 years of related experience
General computer skills with knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, and email applications
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills to interact effectively with customers and management
Preferred
Experience in a healthcare-related environment is a plus
Familiarity with collections processes and patient accounts
Strong interpersonal skills that promote teamwork
