Responsibilities
Identify and resolve routine outstanding claims under general supervision
Generate and analyze reports to address patient account issues
Assist in resolving outstanding payments from past due accounts
Ensure timely receipt and processing of claim payments, reconciling necessary data
Serve as a point of contact for customers and external vendors regarding inquiries

Required
High School Diploma required
1 - 2 years of related experience
General computer skills with knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, and email applications
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills to interact with customers and management
Preferred
Experience in a healthcare-related role
Familiarity with medical billing or collections processes
Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Proficiency in additional software applications relevant to the role
