Responsibilities

Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to thoroughly validate software functionality and performance.
Identify, document, and track software defects and inconsistencies, and work closely with developers to resolve issues.
Conduct regression testing, performance testing, and load testing as needed.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that quality standards are met throughout the software development lifecycle.
Participate in requirements and design reviews to provide input on potential quality issues and recommend improvements.
Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and new technologies related to software quality assurance.

Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Proven experience in software quality assurance, preferably in a software development environment.
Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members at all levels.

Preferred

Experience with test automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Appium) is a plus.
ISTQB certification or similar QA certifications are desirable but not required.
