Responsibilities

Provide strategies and perform sourcing activities to attract talent as well as build and maintain robust candidate pools
Receive and screen all applications
Phone screen applicants who may fit needs for programs
Perform interviews
Assist all screened and interviewed candidates through onboarding process
Use applicant tracking system daily to track assignments and manage candidate onboarding activities
Complete training as assigned
Build and maintain systems to monitor progress and ensure balls aren’t dropped
Deliver sourced talent for active programs to managers and clients on time
Follow standard operating procedures that have been defined by UI
Communicate and meet regularly with your supervisor to update them on progress, potential problems, and program concerns
Collaborate with team members and clients
Complete other duties as required and assigned

Required

Availability between the hours of 9am-5pm PST
Hold a bachelor’s degree
At least 2 years of sourcing and recruiting experience
At least 2-3 years of experience working in a K-12 educational setting
Effective oral and written communication skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
Strong computer skills
Good time management and organizational skills, including prioritizing, scheduling, and adapting as necessary
The ability to meet deadlines
Strong ability to work both independently with little supervision and collaboratively as part of a team
A growth mindset and personal responsibility

Preferred

Recruiting: 2 years
Passive sourcing: 2 years
