Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue goals
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, nurturing long-term client relationships
Conduct market research to understand client needs and industry trends
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to hiring
Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline through proactive outreach and networking
Conduct interviews, evaluate candidates, and match them to the best-fit opportunities
Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop hiring plans
Use recruiting tools and platforms to streamline processes and ensure a seamless candidate experience
Lead by example, mentoring team members and fostering a collaborative culture
Assist in onboarding new team members and sharing best practices
Contribute to strategic planning sessions to align recruitment and sales objectives
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement

Required

Proven experience in sales, recruiting, or a combination of both is desired
