Responsibilities
Collaborate with internal teams (field, sales, and COO) to manage and optimize the quote-to-cash process
Set up order forms, build and configure quotes via Salesforce CPQ, and assist in licensing element management
Act as an interim solution until full back-office automation is implemented
Work closely with the Salesforce Team to customize and maintain CRM processes
Ensure accuracy and consistency in repetitive administrative tasks
Utilize provided training materials to support daily operations and achieve team goals
Regularly participate in Zoom meetings to align with stakeholders and team leads

Required
Experience with CRM systems, such as Salesforce or HubSpot, is required
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage repetitive tasks efficiently
Comfortable working remotely and engaging via virtual communication platforms
Preferred
Familiarity with Salesforce CPQ or similar tools is highly preferred
