Responsibilities

Aggressively pursue and close sales: Identify, qualify, and convert high-potential leads into paying clients, ensuring consistent subscription growth.
Master the pitch: Deliver persuasive and tailored sales presentations that clearly demonstrate the value of BilliMD’s services to clients.
Manage the full sales cycle: From initial contact to closing the deal, ensure a seamless and professional experience for the client.
Overcome objections: Handle client hesitations with confidence, utilizing deep industry knowledge and refined negotiation techniques.
Build lasting relationships: Establish trust with clients, fostering loyalty and repeat business while creating opportunities for referrals.
Exceed expectations: Consistently surpass monthly and quarterly sales quotas, contributing to the company’s growth.
Leverage data and technology: Use CRM tools to track leads, manage pipelines, and provide regular updates on sales performance.
Stay industry-savvy: Continuously update knowledge of medical credentialing, health insurance trends, and competitor offerings to remain a trusted advisor for clients.

Required

Minimum of 5 years of over-the-phone sales experience with a demonstrated history of consistently meeting or exceeding sales goals.
Proven track record as a closer with exceptional skills in negotiation and converting leads into clients.
Strong understanding of medical credentialing and health insurance, with the ability to speak confidently about related processes and benefits.
Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities to effectively connect with and influence decision-makers.
Self-driven, resilient, and results-oriented with a hunger to succeed in a competitive sales environment.
Skilled in using CRM tools, data analytics, and other sales technologies to manage pipelines and improve performance.
Comfortable working remotely, managing time effectively, and staying accountable to performance metrics without direct supervision.

Preferred

Experience selling SaaS or subscription-based services.
Background in healthcare, insurance, or credentialing sales.
Proven ability to upsell and cross-sell services.
