Responsibilities

Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to drive sales growth.
Conduct outbound calling to potential customers, introducing products and services effectively.
Utilize Salesforce for tracking leads, managing customer interactions, and reporting on sales activities.
Negotiate contracts and close sales while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Communicate product knowledge clearly to clients, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
Collaborate with the marketing team to identify market trends and opportunities for business development.
Provide feedback on customer needs and preferences to help shape future product offerings.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.

Required

Proven experience in sales or a related field
Strong communication skills in English
Ability to effectively negotiate and close deals while maintaining excellent customer service standards
Demonstrated ability to develop new business opportunities and expand market presence
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple accounts simultaneously
A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
