Responsibilities
Lead the development and updating of the Business Analytics capability tools to improve performance monitoring.
Leverage industry knowledge and organizational experiences to support strategic decision-making.
Continuously drive improvements in data analytics processes and methodologies to enhance business performance
Development and Implementation of Analytics Solutions
Design, implement, and maintain robust analytics solutions across all areas of the business.
Build and maintain critical insights and Business Intelligence (BI) dashboards to monitor performance.
Analyze data to highlight key strategic areas for focus and decision-making.
Monitor performance against agreed KPIs and work with subject matter experts (SMEs) to identify opportunities for improvement.
Provide actionable insights that are impactful, timely and clear and will empower departments to make data-driven decisions.
Build strong working relationships with key stakeholders across the business.
Collaborate with different stakeholders to translate business requirements into data-driven insights. Use their ‘Voice of the Customer’ to inform a program of continuous improvement of methodologies, architecture and content.
Develop and support the creation of operations playbooks to ensure optimal use of analytics tools and platforms utilized to delivery on the business analytics.
Establish data governance protocols to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and security of data across all business units.
Evaluate, recommend, test and implement analytical tools and technologies that support efficient metrics collection, accurate reporting and effective data visualization.

Required
Minimum 7+ years of relevant experience.
Bachelors Degree required
Strategic Framing & Analytics: Ability to deliver insightful analysis & synthesis that uncovers choices, trade-offs, and opportunities for the teams.
Data Modeling: Expertise in BI platforms (e.g. Tableau, Power BI, Smartsheet) and data management systems. Strong knowledge of database structures and data visualization techniques.
Partnering & Collaboration: Track record of cross-functional partnering in solving business questions and ensuring input & alignment on analysis.
Comfort with Ambiguity: Ability to work in a fluid environment and adapt project approaches as internal or external conditions change.
Project Management: Ability to plan and tightly manage multiple work-streams while balancing multiple stakeholders.
Strong Communication Skills: Excellent communication / presentation skills. Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, and garner credibility.
