Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain a professional and user-friendly website that reflects the Merchants Realty brand and supports our marketing initiatives.
Produce and post engaging and high-quality text, image, and video content tailored for LinkedIn, Instagram, and the company website.
Design professional marketing flyers and prepare comprehensive space reports for available properties.
Conduct in-depth market research to stay informed about industry trends and audience preferences.
Monitor and analyze website traffic and social media performance to measure success and identify opportunities for improvement.
Implement strategies to enhance audience engagement and increase the company’s overall digital presence across platforms.

Required
Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s Degree program at an accredited college or university.
Proven experience in social media coordination or a related field, with a portfolio showcasing relevant work.

Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
