Responsibilities
Make friends : We only hire likable people because it is critical in getting people to go solar. If they like you, they pay attention. If they pay attention, they absorb the education. If they are educated, they will go solar because it’s a no-brainer.
Use Technology : Because we are working virtually, you must be able to learn how to share your screen and walk through a solar education presentation. You will also be using a CRM to input information and keep organized.
Educate Customers : Owning solar is a no-brainer but our customers won’t realize that until you educate them. We give you the training and tools to educate them; you just need to bring the personality.
Becoming a Subject Matter Expert : You may not know anything about solar yet and that’s ok, but you’ll need to master the topic so you can understand and meet your customer’s needs.
Complete the Paperwork : To get paid, you have to correctly complete all the documents. You must walk the customer through completing their lending documents and the contract then submit them correctly.
Be a Good Person : We only want people who are honest and who want to help people save money. If you are willing to treat every customer like your own Mom, we want you on our team to give exceptional customer service and build long-lasting relationships with clients.
Become a Leader : Because we are growing, we will need more and more leadership along the way. Once you get your feet on the ground, our new hires will look to your example to see how it’s done. If you can provide that leadership, we promote quickly from within.
