Responsibilities
Provide high-level assistance in managing processes within the assigned functions
Actively support business implementations and billing clearinghouses
Generate and distribute reports for management review on a routine basis
Collaborate with cross-divisional teams to facilitate revenue cycle initiatives
Assist with various projects as assigned by a direct supervisor

Required
Bachelor's Degree required; Advanced Degree desirable
5 - 8 years of related experience; or a Master's degree with 3 years' experience; or a PhD without experience
Strong computer skills with advanced proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, database, and email applications
Advanced proficiency with billing and financial systems (e.g., MDP Billing, SAP Business Warehouse, Hyperion, SAP, etc.)
Strong working knowledge of general accounting and revenue cycles
Preferred
Experience in a healthcare services environment
Familiarity with business warehouse (BW) applications
Strong analytical skills with a detail-oriented approach
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
Excellent communication skills across all levels of management
