Responsibilities
Provide expert travel advice and personalized recommendations for clients’ vacation plans, business trips, or group travel.
Book travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, car rentals, tours, and activities.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, special offers, and top destinations.
Manage travel inquiries and customer service issues in a professional and timely manner.
Build and maintain client relationships, ensuring repeat business and referrals.
