Responsibilities
Personalized Travel Planning: Engage with clients to understand their travel preferences, interests, and budgetary considerations, and leverage your expertise to curate bespoke travel experiences tailored to their needs and desires.
Itinerary Design: Design comprehensive travel itineraries encompassing transportation, accommodation, activities, and excursions, ensuring a seamless and memorable travel experience for clients from start to finish.
Booking and Reservations: Utilize your industry connections and insider knowledge to make strategic travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, tours, transfers, and other travel-related services, using state-of-the-art booking platforms and resources.
Destination Expertise: Stay informed about the latest travel trends, destination highlights, and local insights, and provide personalized recommendations and insider tips to clients, helping them discover hidden gems and unique experiences around the globe.
Customer Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with clients by delivering exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly, and providing ongoing support throughout the travel planning process, from initial consultation to post-trip follow-up.
Sales and Commission Generation: Drive sales and maximize earning potential by promoting exclusive travel packages, upselling additional services, and capitalizing on commission opportunities with travel suppliers and partners, all while exceeding sales targets and delivering exceptional value to clients.

Required

Must be 18+ Years of age.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients, articulate ideas clearly, and deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive and memorable experience for every traveler.
Meticulous attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and ensure accuracy in itinerary planning, booking arrangements, and documentation.
