Responsibilities
Educate and Empower Veterans: Guide Veterans through their burial benefits, estate planning, and family protection options via Zoom
Build Relationships: Connect with Veterans and their families, fostering trust and providing personalized support for their unique needs
Manage Scheduling: Send introductory texts and book appointments for yourself or your manager during training
Administrative Support: Handle policy-related questions and assist families with claims if the policyholder passes away
Lead and Inspire: Set an example by motivating others and contributing to a collaborative team environment

Required
Proven success in customer service or sales, with a passion for helping others
