Responsibilities

Monitor and maintain the renewal pipeline, ensuring timely tracking and visibility.
Proactively identify at-risk accounts and collaborate with account managers or customer success teams to resolve issues.
Forecast renewal rates and revenue, adjusting predictions based on pipeline changes.
Develop and execute renewal reminder communications and engagement plans.
Partner with customer success and marketing teams to implement renewal outreach strategies, including email campaigns.
Analyze churn data to identify cancellation reasons and develop strategies to improve retention.
Conduct post-renewal analysis to identify trends in customer behavior across segments.
Leverage feedback to recommend improvements to the renewal process.
Support renewal forecasting by analyzing historical data and upcoming pipeline changes.
Assist in setting renewal revenue targets and track performance against those goals.
Identify high-risk accounts and escalate them for immediate action.
Develop strategies to address renewal risks, such as customer dissatisfaction or competition.
Track contract terms, pricing, and renewal dates to ensure accurate and timely renewals.
Collaborate with legal and finance teams to address contract-related adjustments.

Required

Experience in managing and optimizing customer renewal processes.
Strong analytical skills to analyze churn data and customer behavior.
Ability to develop and execute communication and engagement plans.
Experience in forecasting renewal rates and revenue.
Proficiency in tracking contract terms, pricing, and renewal dates.
Ability to collaborate with various teams, including account managers, customer success, marketing, legal, and finance.
Proactive approach to identifying at-risk accounts and developing strategies to mitigate risks.
Strong communication skills for customer engagement and internal collaboration.
Ability to work in a remote environment.

Preferred

Experience in a tech-enabled platform or similar industry.
Familiarity with customer success metrics and strategies.
Experience with email marketing campaigns related to renewals.
Knowledge of grants and tax credits related to apprenticeship programs.
