Responsibilities
Develop and manage native Genesys Cloud CX reports and dashboards.
Design and develop reporting solutions using Tableau and/or PowerBI.
Conduct data query/extraction coding using big data, NoSQL, and SQL technologies.
Collaborate with various teams to ensure reporting solutions meet business requirements.

Required
Required 5 to 7 years of experience resource.
Advanced knowledge of Contact Center Reporting and dashboards, including Genesys Cloud CX.
Proficient in Tableau and/or PowerBI design and development.
Experience with big data, NoSQL, SQL data query/extraction coding.
Preferred
Experience in developing complex reporting solutions for large data sets.
