Responsibilities

Manage accounts eligible for both voluntary and involuntary repossessions, ensuring all actions are compliant with established policies and procedures

Identify accounts requiring holds to be removed and process assignments accordingly, particularly for accounts impacted by P.O. Box addresses or other special circumstances

Create and monitor repossession assignments to ensure efficiency in repossession processes and the resolution of account issues

Work closely with internal teams and external vendors to ensure the seamless execution of repossession assignments, maintaining clear communication throughout

Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of all actions taken on accounts, ensuring transparency and regulatory compliance

Proactively identify and address any operational issues, escalating matters when necessary, to minimize disruptions and improve workflow

Support the Unit Manager with additional tasks as needed to ensure the overall efficiency and effectiveness of repossession operations
